Decisions Decisions

Photography, Daycare, or Both? What do you think? For those of you that know us, you know that our life has been full of uncertainties lately. Not good for me...the uber-planner. On my mind lately, among loads of other things, is whether or not I should take a risk, put myself out there and start a photography business. I have more and more people ask me to take photos of their kids, and I am passionate about it, but can I make a living doing it? I did end of the year photo shoots today with the kids...I love to be able to capture the different personalities of each child. Erin-stop reading; it's suppose to be a surprise.
Feedback is welcome....so are potential investors!

Ria-It's such a gift to have a talent such as photography and I know many who have made a business out of it. As long as mommies keep having babies you'll always have a market. I have followed a few blogs and watched some talented ladies turn their passion into a business. You can check them out here. They give me lots of inspiration!

We are also trying to make some big life changing decisions in our family.. The planner in me is findng it very difficult to take it one day at a time!

Good Luck to you! If it's meant to be, you'll find the answer.

Ria: I guess I don't have an answer for you BUT I was honestly going to ask if you would ever be willing to take some 2 year pictures of Olivia. You do a great job and I love the natural photos...so maybe keep doing this on the side until you feel certain it's right. So can I hire you?!??! Oh, what are your rates? :)

Totally didn't read on or look at pictures...I'm all about self-control (ha).

I'm rooting for "both" as my family reaps the benefits of both of those incredible gifts and talents.
